6. Cancelations and Returns
Cancellations of purchases made in our store vary depending on the type of product purchased:
- For fishing trips: cancellation without penalty fee applies up to one week prior to your arrival date. In case the cancellation is during the week prior to the start of your trip, a penalty fee of the total amount of your reservation will be charged)
- For raffles: No cancellation applies, if you want to know more about the rules of the raffles you can visit our page here.
- For Giftcards: No cancellations apply, and Giftcards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- For Caps: No cancellations appy for caps, if you want to know more about returns for your cap purchase please check our return policy for caps.
Returns are subject to the specific policies of each product, which are detailed in the description of the corresponding product.
7. Limitations

CLIENTS may access, rectify, cancel or oppose their personal data; for this purpose, you must initiate a request through the means of contact established in this NOTICE, which must contain among others: name of the owner and email, information or documentation proving his personality or representation of the owner, a clear and precise description of what is sought to exercise on the requested information. MODIFICATIONS

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS
THE NOTICE, and the other policies that govern it, as well as the relationships that may arise, are protected and subject to Mexican law. For the resolution of any type of controversy, litigation or discrepancy that may arise between THE CLIENTS and NOMONDAY, it is agreed to submit to the courts applicable to the municipality of Mazatlan, State of Sinaloa, waiving any jurisdiction of their present or future domiciles.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This NOTICE is subject to the Privacy Policy, which constitutes a legal agreement between our CUSTOMERS and NOMONDAY. If our CUSTOMERS do not agree with them, they shall not provide any of the PERSONAL DATA to NOMONDAY’s staff.
